FAQ
Questions owners ask us.
Mostly about reviews and how we stay inside Google's rules. If yours isn't here, ask us on a free call.
Reviews
Do you create, buy or write reviews?
Never. Every review comes from a real customer, in their own words. We help you ask, consistently and at the right moment. That's it.
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. We invite every customer to share honest feedback. Filtering out unhappy customers (review gating) breaks Google's policies, and an honest mix of reviews is more convincing anyway.
Can we offer discounts in exchange for reviews?
No. Google doesn't allow incentives for reviews, so we never use or recommend them.
What happens with negative reviews?
We help you respond quickly, calmly and professionally. Thoughtful replies show future customers you care, and that often matters more than a perfect score.
Working with us
How long until we see results?
Review requests start working in the first few weeks. Profile and SEO improvements usually build over two to six months.
Do I need any special software?
No. We work with the job management, CRM or invoicing tools you already use, or a simple spreadsheet.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. After an initial 90 days, plans are month to month.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If you're not happy in the first 30 days, we'll refund what you've paid in full.
Who owns my Google profile and website?
You do, always. We work as managers on your accounts, and you can remove our access at any time.
Results
Are the numbers on this site real results?
No. The sample business and the before/after scenarios show what the system is built to do. We'll walk you through real, permissioned results on a call.
Can you guarantee a rating or ranking?
No honest agency can. Reviews come from your customers and rankings are Google's decision. We guarantee the work, the transparency and the reporting.
