Aurify ("we", "us") provides review growth, Google Business Profile, website and SEO services to home service companies. This policy explains how we handle personal information.
What we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, business name, email, phone number and message when you contact us.
Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through privacy-friendly analytics if enabled.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, provide our services, send service-related messages and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Client customer data
When we run review requests or reactivation campaigns for a client, we process their customers' contact details on the client's behalf, only for that purpose, and only for customers who have agreed to be contacted. Every message includes a way to opt out.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example email, SMS and hosting providers), under appropriate agreements, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
